Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you require expedited shipping, please email or call 831-457-1004.

Shipping times are counted from the day your order is shipped. For example, if you order 2-day shipping, do not count 2 days from when you place your order -- count 2 days from when your order is filled. Please allow 2-3 business days for fulfillment. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order is shipped. TLC is not responsible for late deliveries, and cannot guarantee arrival dates. (We are a small nonprofit!).

International Buyers - Please note:
International orders may require additional shipping, if this is the case, we will contact you.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what are the additional charges.

Due to excessive fraud issues, we are no longer accepting online transactions from South America. If you are in South America, please contact us at, and we can advise you of alternate methods for placing your order.
